Whistleblowing System

MPPA enables both internal (employees) and external parties (e.g., suppliers, vendors, outsourcing partners) to report alleged violations through official reporting channels. Reports must include a clear chronology and supporting evidence.

The WBS covers issues such as corruption, fraud, bribery, data falsification, abuse of authority, harassment, and conflicts of interest. Each report is evaluated for relevance and completeness, and all valid reports are treated confidentially.

Confirmed violations are investigated by the Disciplinary Committee, which submits its findings to the Board of Directors. MPPA is committed to protecting the whistleblower’s identity and permits anonymous reporting. All WBS officers sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure protection and trust.
