He began his professional career in 1995 at global software companies such as Sun Microsystems, Inc. and Oracle Group in the United States. Upon returning to his home country, he continued his career as a Manager at A.T. Kearney (2007-2010) and Managing Director at Living Social (2010-2012). He then held several strategic positions, including Vice President at PT Telkomsel (2012-2014), CEO at aCommerce Logistik Lestari (2014-2015), and Director at PT Visionet Internasional (OVO) (2016-2019).

He currently serves as President Commissioner of PT Multipolar Technology Tbk (since 2019), President Director of PT Multipolar Tbk (since 2019), and Commissioner of PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (since 2020).

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona, USA (1995), a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, USA (1997), and an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Operations Management from INSEAD (2006).

He has extensive experience across various industries. He has served as Country Director of AkzoNobel Group and President Director of PT ICI Paints Indonesia (1999-2011), Managing Director & Head of Operation at Northstar Group (2011-2015), and President Director of Dwi Satrya Utama Group (2015-2020). Currently, he serves as a Director at PT Multipolar Tbk and Commissioner at PT Multi Prima Sejahtera Tbk.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas, USA, in 1991, and a Master of Business Administration from Baylor University, USA, in 1992. Additionally, he completed Executive Development Programs at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Switzerland (2007), and at the European Institute for Business Administration (INSEAD), France (2011).

Appointed as Director based on the Annual GMS Deed of Resolution No. 61 dated 19 April 2023 and reaffirmed based on Annual GMS Deed of Resolution No. 43, dated May 27, 2025.

She has extensive experience in finance and auditing, beginning her career as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young (2000-2005). She then served as Internal Audit Manager at PT Hero Supermarket (2005-2009) and PT Mulia Intan Lestari (2009-2012). At PT Hero Supermarket, she also held the positions of Head of Internal Audit (2012-2014) and Business Planning and Controlling Director (2014-2017). Before joining the Company, she was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at PT Volvo Indonesia from 2017 to 2021.

She completed the Executive MBA Program at the European Institute for Business Administration (INSEAD) in 2021 and earned a Bachelor of Economics degree majoring in Accounting from Tanjungpura University in 2000.

He has 12 years of experience in the automotive, FMCG, retail, financial services, consumer tech, and telecommunications industries, with expertise in marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, growth, and retention. Throughout his career, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of PT Allofresh Indonesia (2023-2024), Chief Operating Officer of OLX Group (2020-2023), and Director of Client Services and Business Development at AIMIA Indonesia (2011-2016).

He earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Sydney in 2000.
