Shareholders Meetings are held either annually in an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) or anytime in an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS). During these meetings, shareholders have several rights reserved to them such as appointment and dismissal of members of Boards of Commissioners and Directors, evaluation of Boards of Commissioners’ and Directors’ performance, approval for changes in the Articles of Association, approval of the Annual Report, approval of the Audited Financial Statements, determination of Board remuneration and approval for major corporate actions.
